Mark Clement is a licensed contractor and co-host of the home improvement show MyFixitUpLife. Mark and his wife (and co-host!) work together on their hundred year old American Four Square near Philadelphia. Mark is a presenter at national tradeshows including JLCLive!, The Remodeling Show and DecExpo. He has written for national magazines including Tools of the Trade and Fine Homebuilding. He is author of the acclaimed (and only, that he knows of) home improvement novel: The Carpenter’s Notebook.

By any other standard the door to my son's room is broken. Not only is one of the five horizontal raised panels in the century old Douglas fir door is cracked along the grain, but two are.
