I have. We run one (currently) in the Old Vic. We will be installing more.

Mainly I can say it's not a good idea because whatever you are putting down (if it's tile/vinyl) has to stick to the old stuff...it it can come loose and ruin your nice new surface.

I'm still hanging out as long as it's viable. Hoping the owners give up enough control to let stuff get fixed. The log-in thing is probably a sign that PHP and/or the board software needs to be updated.

We'll see.

Cool! Glad you got it fixed! We had a similar incident last year at our suburban blah house. Water was running through the bottom of the meter box and into the storm sewer without every surfacing.
