The thing to also remember is that there's absolutely nothing preventing your solidly middle-class neighborhood house from being the neighborhood meth lab or pot dealer or crack house.

From the sound of the write-up, the movie's about it being haunted but it doesn't say anything about it being actually haunted. Hang in there! I assume that you're hooked to a municipal sewer system, but just in case not, this could also mean issues with a septic tank.
