Melissa, I love the house and have some questions about the interior. Where did you get your subway tiles for the bathroom, I am looking a some called "Rittenhouse square" for ours not exactly what I want but I hate to pay 2 grand to put wall tile on a 7x8 bathroom. I would love to take some classes on preservation or something to help keep these places alive. You are right that landlords that turn these homes into rentals end up letting them deteriorate to the point that they end up falling apart or put back on the market for less than they paid for them to be...
