I agree with Matt...BE CAREFUL! Use an electric tester to check which one of the black wires is hot. If they are both hot...turn the switch off and check again. Here is the casement window: [And here is the clamp. You undo that nut on the right, and open the window. When it is open where you want it, you tighten the nut. Very simple, elegant solution IMHO.
