I've done the house tour thing three times. All three were "guided" tours. We had a greeter seat people in the reception room to wait for the next tour guide, which took no more than 5 min or so. Not sure if you have enough docents to go that route, but it worked out quite well for us, as there were...

Often trim in the "non-public" spaces of a house were far less fancy. They saved the good stuff for where company could see it. So, yes, both styles of trim can co-exist in the same house and would not be out of place at all.

Cool...i was thinking the yellow too...awesome!! The roof is only about 2 yrs old, so its definitely staying. Ill get more pics up soon, although the pool is covered and certainly doesnt look inviting since the house hasnt been occupied for 18 months or so. I will get more current pics this weekend....
