The only ads you can exclude through Google Ads are weight loss, dating sites, and other similar topics. Google isn't "spying" on anyone. Oh my gosh, it's lovely! I wish our bathroom door would strip that easy. I'm pretty sure the very first coat of paint was milk paint so it's been a bear - lots of sanding!

Vinegar is also good for dissolving the lime build-up on shower heads. We plan on pouring around 50 k into our farmhouse. We spent nearly 10 grand on our only bathroom (needed new joists, floor, walls, plumbing, electrical, all fixtures, hot water tank, etc, etc). Our 1899 farmhouse has 2 remaining rim locks (there was 4 originally), 1 skeleton key mortise lock on our french doors, and 7 suffolk latches (there were 8 originally).
