Guess I am introducing myself here.

Last week I bought a Craftsman-style bungalow in San Jose, California. It seems to be pretty sound, but the windows are not original, not even close the original style. All of the indoor trim has been painted over, but otherwise it's quite nice.

A bit late but hello! Nice house. I moved to a bungalow in San Jose a bit over a year ago. What neighborhood are you in?
