Hi Heather,

It's cool to know the history of previous owners. I know quite a bit about the previous owners but the only data I've found about earlier ones is a June 13, 1918 obituary I found on the web for Annie R Feld, who died in this house at age 58, survived by her two daughers, Edna and Mabel. Given the age of the house (1906) it's likely that the Felds were the first owners.

What I was mostly interested in was the style of your home. It's very eclectic and unique, at least to me. Is it a fairly common style in your area?

Its a queen anne revival and no this seems to be the only one..I havent seen anything like it.

hey melly....are your windows still black on the exterior? i LOVE when clients as for something other than white...the black on your particular house is an exception, i really like the looks of it....

Brian, I'd read your posting when you first got the old place, the subsequent fire, and the rebuild. This place is a labor of love. I will continue to read the posts on this journey!
