What's really sad is that preventing all of this spam only involves a few configuration changes in the forum software - for someone with the proper admin rights.

I've truly enjoyed this forum over the last decade, because of the people who come here. Consider trying our new forum which is actively monitored and protected. We don't want to lose our great network of old house enthusiasts because of these terrible spam posts. I go to both, still hoping this forum might recover one day.
