On the off chance that it was in my general vicinity, I'd put it only somewhat more established. Perhaps as right on time as 1870-1890, however not likely later than 1890. There are two styles occurring here: the chimney and front entryway are Craftsman in its prior years, and the veneer Italianate as specified. I'm enchanted by the impulse which set such an exceptional style of entryway in a more great exterior. I wish I could see it with the eyes of the first proprietor.
