Just want to hear others experience with this. The realtor encouraged me to low ball which I think may be a mistake. Anyhow I put my bid in. Nearest I can tell the bank will lose about $33000. Ive been looking for a house for 8 years now.

No, but you know you won't have to worry about insulting a bank emotionally, its purely business to them.
