Identify Style of Home with Clipped Gable Roof

I am hoping someone can tell me the style of this home built in 1930 in Ithaca, NY. It resembles The Rodessa Sears home, but the entrance is different and this one has an arched front door. The floor plan is similar to The Rodessa except the porch is on the side of the house off of the dining room. Is it a Cape, a Bungalow, a Minimalist, or something else?
