Old House Pets

Postby Banner on Tue Jan 19, 2010 8:12 pm

Hi All,

I thought I'd share some shots of our friends. All are adopted from local shelters with the exception of Sky (Ragdooll cat), She is a craigslist find. She is 5 years old. The guy that had her has a son who became allergic. We have had her here for about 9 months now. She is very sweet and enormous (mostly fur) but 16lbs of it.

Mia the most cuddly cat in the world. She would rather be held than eat or anything else.

Side note; We are still working on the bathroom. The plumber went missing for a month or so now.

I'm just following, cause i wasn't sure if it would be about old "house pets" or about "old house" pets.

My doggy (Snoopy) lives outside in his heated barn styled (with cupola) doggy house. His current house guest is Mr. Quackers (stuffed duck that sorta quacks/honks when he is squeezed). So since he's not a house pet i won't post his ugly mug here...lol

Your pets are adorable. Maybe we should add a thread on the picture forum for Old House Pets.

Too bad the spam got so bad. Some of us have been spending time at the new community for folks with a love of old houses at wavyglass.org

LOL, i forgot to post my impression of your cat, Dan.

I saw it and i said to myself "Dang, even his cat is fancy looking" - fits in nicely with your place...

Danno,

I think you should. You have an old house. He owns you therefor he owns an old house through you, hence he is an "Old House" dog. We would love to see him.

Hmmmm... the look in Sky's eye? Her size? You might want to check Sky for the plumbers whereabouts
