Hubby wont agree to that. He wants new, as when we sell he doesnt want any sh*t to stick to us should things go "wobbly" with the furnace. Already been sued once this life time, never again!

We're supposed to have high winds and thunderstorms today. Not like any February I can remember.

I agree it was +5c here yesterday normal temps for this time of the year should be around -15c to -20c. Strange!

+15C here yesterday... absolutely incredible and MUCH too warm for the season!

We have had a bit of a warming trend and then this morning I woke up to winter again. It has snowed.New blanket of the
white stuff. Our furnace crapped out again. Another visit from the HVAC contractor, new firing pins installed and `Voila`it
is working again. Quote for new propane furnace came in at $3000, So I will be warm again but now kitchen is on hold until
further notice. :(
