I don't know why the author of that article calls it Arts and Crafts, either. I've heard it called Flemish before.

It's pretty run-down, and needs lots of work. But, you could probably get it for a lot less than the $15k that they are asking for it. But, restoration would still have to be a labor of love, because it's unlikely that you could sell it for more than 50-60k, even in pristine condition. (at least, based on the current real-estate environment)
Does anyone know if the added exposure from being featured in TOH magazine helps get these houses sold?
