Too f*cking bad. They should be forced to pay the $1 mil. You shouldn't be ALLOWED to own a property that you are capable of taking care of and not take care of it.
Where the hell are our priorities? That article reads like the hospital is one of the good guys! They're a bunch of scumbags who want more parking. Well screw them. Someone go throw eggs at their cars.
