By the way, I don't think any online stalker would get much further than I did without actually knowing the address of the place. Google Streetview is available in a few dozen German cities, so a manual search would take forever. Even if you found the house that way you wouldn't get the exact address as Google Maps only lists a handfull of house numbers every few blocks.

The style of the house doesn't give much information either - could be in any number of larger cities, even those with predominantly brick or timberframe buildings had some of those.

The reverse image search feature would get some more if the picture were taken from a web site or real estate listing, but then that would be public information anyway.
