My Courtyard...

Postby Barbara001 on Mon Jun 25, 2012 12:51 am

I have not been on this site for ages!!! So nice to view all the incredible homes and amazing renos. I have recently done some work in my little courtyard of my 1800's rowhouse. My renos are meek compared to some of your projects...however, I am happy to have created a little green space to enjoy the few wonderful months of weather we have in Canada. I have attached a link from photobucket showing a few before and afters. I inherited a few slabs of flagstone from the previous owner and decided to expand on that theme and create a flagstone patio. The local stone supplier was used to me showing up on many visits, filling my small trunk to capacity, but I got it done. I also had several boards replaced on my fence, stained the fence and stained the concrete addition. And of course, added plantings...which I hope to see flourish in the near future.

Barb! Nice to see you around!

It isn't a big space, but it is a beautiful space. Really nicely done! Give the plants a bit of time to fill in, and you have a magazine quality garden.
