I have a certifiable 120 yo farmhouse that I need some helpful ideas on how to keep the porch upright while I fix the tongue and groove boards if possible...also the brick foundations the porch is sitting on are leaning and twisting. The porch is 70' long and 8' wide..the columns are sitting on some areas of the tongue/ groove that has been cut out and patched. Also, I have had a lot of pier and beam work done under the house yet continue to see trim work pulling away from ceilings and walls. I'm so tired of having people come and work on this house and it doesn't do anything to help fix the issues.
