Is our new (old) home a Federal, Garrison, or what?

Hi all. It's my first time posting here. So excited I stumbled upon this site. We purchased our house June 2017 and have yet to figure out what it is. The previous owners were original. They bought the house as a model home and did NO work to the house, other than maintenance. It is as original on the inside as it gets. Thankfully the roof was just updated, but that's it. We're trying to track down the blue prints or floor plans. We researched the tax assessment records and it looks like it was built in 1966 by Wills & Van Metre, Inc. The community is called Hayfield Farms in Alexandria, VA.

Was hoping someone here would be able to help me figure out a little more on this house.

Thanks in advance.
