What Style is the House with Clipped Gable Roof?

Postby clagalla on Mon Apr 02, 2018 7:22 am

Would appreciate your feedback on what style house you would call this (see photo). It was built in 1930 in Ithaca, NY. The clipped gable roof shape of the house resembles the Sears Rodessa, but the entry doesn't match (the floor plan is also almost exactly The Rodessa, but the porch is on the side of the dining room). Is it a Cape, a Bungalow, a Minimalist, or something else? Thanks so much for your input.
