2nd floor porch separating from house

my 2ndfloor enclosed w windows sunporch w slight slope is separating at both inside corners from house.
It is supported by 3 good colums on bottom porch w slight slope.. looking at base of bottom porch see small round cement footings. Is it possible to save both porches from this info? If new footings are needed does the bottom porch have to be destroyed? if new footings and jack up top porch is sit possible to save both porches? any opinions are most welcome as i haven't found a licensed contractor only wannabes. built 1920.
