Hey HB....I used to live in PA, just North of Allentown, in Schnecksville. Also spent a lot of time doing some work out your way too. There are SO many beautiful old stone places up that way. Yours is a real beauty! Looks like ....mid 1800's? Very nice
CivilWarHome - why are you always saying those things about your house? It's a great place! I love the hip-gabled roof and arched windows. Chin up, you could be stuck with this:

Mine is pretty sad too. A lot of work inside. Outside won't see paint until next summer. The airconditioners have been removed but the rest is the same.

Don't get me wrong! I love my house, but it DOES need alot of work. Those arched windows have vinyl storms over them, the arches you are seeing are not the actual windows but some sort of vinyl/plastic that is about a ft longer than the actual arch of the wood window. Hope that makes sense. I guess when I look at it I see what it use to be and its far from being that now. Baby steps
hey missourimelodie, I read in your sig that you are a flexo operator. Is that a smaller press or a big one? I work for weyerhaeuser and I run what is called a die cut flexo. Ofcourse we are a box plant. I thought it was kewl to see it there. Also, I am totally sorry everyone for the double post. I meant to hit preview and hit submit but I needed to correct something lolz. Soz
