Lovely house. I am drooling over it already. Oh well atleast you can keep an eye on it and perhaps have first dibs on it
when it comes up for sale again. That is if it sells now. Since economy went down the toilet old homes arent as attractive
the the general buying public so it may just sit on the market for a long time. There are old houses like that here and
whilst newer builds sell fast ( even in winter) the " Old girls" take much longer to sell. My fear would be that house flipper or
renovator buys it. In the next village ( Marmora) house renovators/flippers have bought two of the oldest houses and are
in the process of doing them up. Ugggh! not sure if they are into doing sympathetic restorations. Going into the village later today ( promissed my son a hot apple cider from Tims) and I will get pics.
