Check that your roof vent is not plugged. You may need to have Roto Rooter come & snake your waste lines. We had a similar problem once & Roto Rooter said they needed to snake the waste (sewer) cleanout if there was one or they would have to snake from the roof vent down. Fortunately I recalled seeing a cleanout near the front door. There were roots blocking the sewer line to the street. Waste backed up into the bathtub.

Not very familiar with metal roofs, but wouldn't you still want snow guards above the entrance?

What do have for drainage? I thought maybe you had boxed gutters but the roof overhangs too far.
