Here's the "finished" bathroom, just need to paint the surround of the shower. Rest has already been done. =D
I plan on making some shelves, but the space the new sink set adds is amazing!

Here is the new driveway, a Tar & Chip. Before it was mud, grass and hidden under all of that was the old gravel.

I added two new hangers to make the porch more cute and welcoming.

The whole front yard will become a raised garden. =D

Added a new light in the 'dining room', it adds a boat load of light, but my camera did not want to show that...

This is what I found under all the drywall, I knew there was brick! It is covered in mortar, 2 layers of wallpaper, 2 coats of paint and then the drywall.

And here are 2 of my pets and my fiance's butt, haha. He randomly went out to pet them. =D
I haven't seen many 'share your pet' threads, but then again, I've only been looking in this section, post 1900's.

Lots of work - I like the chimney with flue cover you found under the drywall. What are your plans for it?

House is on almost 5 acres, mostly mountain though.
Going to open up the other 3 walls covering the chimney. After I find out if the wood is not holding the ceiling, going to remove the wood, but leave the covered bottom like it's a fancy stand. But if it is holding it up, I'll paint the wood white so it frames it.
We added another narrow bed, need to add yet another for the corn and then another for the tomatoes and cucumber. Did ome planting last week, potatoes, peas, carrots, lettuce and something else I managed to forget...haha.

Coming along! I like how you have the siding exposed in the kitchen addition. I plan to do this in my pantry - they just tacked some ugly paneling up over the siding when they turned the back porch into the pantry.

Do you plan to save the original floors?
