It's ok, I've never started doing the shoe molding and I doubt I ever will. :D We need a second bathroom. I don't want to wait 12 years, but may have to the way building materials have gone up. Both the house and garage need a new roof and the garage needs to be resided. We have been knocking around the idea that instead of a bathroom built onto the house, we could put one into the corner of the garage and I think that will be the most cost effective as well as convenient. I like to work in the yard so it would be closer :oops:
