In the past week I saw an add for "Slate" as the new finish to update the stainless steel look of your ktchen. Stainless is on the way out. I think it was a cooking show and they were talking about the new GE Cafe line.

In west it might be possible but in east i can assure you that we are adopting it more aggresvily then ever because of its easy maintenance and long lasting span.
