Brunnera macrophylla--Siberian Bugloss
Brunnera macrophylla--Siberian Bugloss
Brunnera produces blue flowers in April or May on plants 18 to 24 inches tall. Plant in fall or early spring in an area with full sun to shade. The plant needs more room than would be expected by looking at blooming plants. As the season progresses, brunnera keeps adding leaves making the plant somewhat larger than expected.
Propagation is by division in spring or fall or by root cuttings or seed.
