Leaf Blight

Black or brown spots form on leaves and leaf stalks. Older leaves may dry and die. Several leaf blights may be a problem on carrot. Copper(0) may be used on Cercospora.

Yellows

Symptoms are yellowing of young leaves at the center of the plant crown followed by yellowed shoots. The leaves are reddened and twisted and the roots are poor. There is no chemical control for this disease carried by leafhoppers.
