Phalaris arundinacea var. picta--Ribbon Grass
This grass will adapt to many sites, so much so that it may become invasive if not contained. The foliage is white with green stripes. The flowers are white and pale pink and may be dried. The plant may be used as a ground cover and in wet or dry soils.
