Thymus serpyllum--Creeping Thyme


A low-growing, 3 inch tall plant used as a ground cover. The plant tolerates dry soil and needs little care after it is established. The main ornamental trait is the rosy-purple flowers that are borne in summer. Another desirable trait is the ornamental leaves.
