Here's a multi-room air filter designed for folks with sensitivies to multiple chemicals.

Its gas phase filter captures ammonia, ammonia-based odors and 99% of particles bigger than 0.3 microns in an area up to 900 square feet.

Model Number AF2250-FPF comes with a six-speed fan, a timer, a remote control and warning indicators that tell you when it's time to replace the filter. Price is $1,045. (Sept. 2004).
