This 30" wide home gas range shares many of the same impressive features of its bigger, commercial-grade cousins, such as one lower-heat simmer burner and three commercial size burners, each with a rating of 1,000 - 15,000 BTUs.
The cabinet is stainless steel, and so are the removable drip pans, which makes clean-ups easier. The oven is a 27,500 BTU convection oven, but also sports a 17,500 ceramic infrared restaurant style boiler.
Can be ordered for natural or LP gas.
