George Washington didn't use this chest, but he might have used a similar piece. From the Antiquities line of Stickley, this piece is made with solid tropical hardwood.
The 77" high chest has bi-fold doors that wrap around its ends, revealing either two adjustable shelves or a 45" opening for a television.
Seven beaded drawers in the base all feature Stickley's classic side-hung and center-guided construction. Solid brass hardware is finished in a dark, antique tone and the wood is finished with a mellow, antinqued look.
