No more bending over to hunt for that lost sock in the dryer drum. This dryer is a top loader with an extra large opening for its extra large 6.2 cubic foot stainless steel drum.
With energy-saving sensors that monitor moisture levels, clothes won't be over-dried. A self-cleaning lint filter captures even the finest fuzzies and deposits them into a large bucket which only needs periodic cleaning. Another feature is the intermittent reversing of the drum, which diminishes tangling of clothes. Price is $780 (December 2004).
