The aptly names "Bird" wallpaper was used in the London drawing room of William Morris. Now you can have a fabric reproduction of the Arts and Crafts wallpaper in your home. The fabric can also be used for upholstery or draperies.
A significant figure in the Arts and Crafts movement, Morris is quoted as saying, "Have nothing in your houses which you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful." This philosophy was (and is) applicable to many of his designs which have now been in continuous production for more than 100 years.
Bird wallcovering is 100% wool ingrain weave and 35-1/2" wide. Price is about $93 per double roll (March 2005).
