It's made of 19th century wood from a 200-year-old pattern, but this kitchen work table is new. Made from relcaimed lumber, the table features a lower shelf sturdy enough to hold heavy mixing bowls, pots or recipe books. The two large drawers keep utensils within reach.
Species of lumber available for this and other vintage furniture includes white pine, hemlock, white oak, heart pine, chestnut, cherry and walnut. For a more rustic look, you can opt for hand-hewn beams.
