Handcrafted in Italy, this dual-fuel range has five sealed gas burners on the cooktop and a hidden bottom element in the oven to simplify cleaning. The oven has four cook cycles, including top heat (broil), rotisserie (rotisserie set included), conventional baking, and true convection.
Patterned after professional European ranges, it has a third coil around the convection fan for faster cooking. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel and the control panel, burner grates and burner caps are cast iron. The range measures 35-1/2" wide by 24" deep and 34-1/2" tall and sells for a little under $4,000 (December 2004).
