Originally gas-lit, this 1890s chandelier has been restored and adapted for electricity. The French-made fixture features some unusual details, such as a putto (a small, winged child), a cornucopia, leaves, bulrushes and double-etched rose shades.
This light and others offered by Vintage Lighting are original, restored fixtures. Since most are one-of-a-kind, the stock available for sale varies. Chandelier measures measures 41 (total drop) by 30 wide. It costs $4,000 (September 2004).
