Bosch's 1640VS Finecut precision saw provides the power to make precise and detailed cuts, even flush cuts, with ease.

It can be used on wood or wood composite materials to cut depths of up to 2-1/2 inches, and will cut laminates and plastic profiles to a depth of 3/4-inch, making it useful for homeowners, remodelers and those in flooring trades. Weighint only 3.5 pounds, the saw is ideal for applications requiring precision cuts, such as moldings and trim and counter cuts. The saw can be used with a special miter jig fixture to performcut-offs and mitering applications. In March 2005 the saw retailed for less than $200.
