Roofing: New-fashioned metal roofing

Alu-Loc looks like old fashioned tin roofing, but is easier to maintain. The 28-gauge metal roof is available in ten colors, including shades of green, brown and gray, as well as blue, white, yellow and red. The roof is warranteed for 30 years, and is guaranteed not to fade or chalk for 25 years. According to the manufacturer, Alu-Luc's superior color retention is achieved by a technology that applies several layers of protective resin coatings. Insulation can be added under the roofing panels.
