Nothing is worse than a shower curtain constantly creeps up and tickles your backside. The Crescent Rod curves outward, creating an additional 6" of width in the tub's center. According to the manufacturer, it also does a better job of hugging the tub area, thus protecting your walls and floors from shower splash. It's available in stainless steel (brushed or polished) or white and can be used with standard shower curtains. Price is about $40 (January 2005).
