It's something close to sinful to cover up a beautiful exterior door with an ill-matched storm door. Shown here is The Manchester, a handcrafted storm door made from solid mahogany.
Made at a small shop in Ravenna, Ohio, joints on the 1-1/4" thick doors are mortise and tenon, both glued and pegged. Interchangeable glass and screen panels are held in place with brass screws and corresponding metal collars (on the (panels).
Screens are charcoal aluminum and storms are 1/8" tempered safety glass. Part of the "Traditional" line, the storm doors are offered in several designs.
