The American Chestnut tree is virtually extinct, but it lives on in these recycled floors from Mountain Lumber. The Chestnut flooring shown was milled from beams and timbers removed from old barns, lofts, and warehouses. Tongue and groove planks are available in random 6'' to 10'' widths.
The rare wood is available by special order. Occasional knots, nail and worm holes add interest to the floor.
