Insulation: Bronze spring weather-stripping

Rosemary Thornton, contributing editor
Victorian charmerThis bronze weather-stripping is just like the stuff that was manufactured back in the early 20th century. It comes in 17-foot rolls and includes fastening hardware, such as lock strip and nails. The weather-stripping comes in four widths - 1 1/4, 1 1/8, 1 3/4, and 1 3/8-inch.

In some applications, this weather-stripping can last for 100 years. Price is under $15 per roll, not including shipping (June 2004).
