Each of this range's double ovens is rated at 27,500 BTU (convection) with an infrared boiler (17,500 BTUs). The infrared boiler gets hotter faster and can be ideal for steak lovers who want their steak cooked on the outside but pink and juicy in the middle.
This range also has a wok power burner and a 16,000 BTU commercial grade griddle. It has four top units and one of those is a 10,000 BTU simmer burner. Available in LP or natural gas.
