Range Hoods: Under the hood

The Northstar range hood combines retro looks with 21st century features. Two 20-watt halogen lights provide plenty of luminescence and a four-speed exhaust fan pulls air at the rate of 500 - 800 cubic feet per minute.

Available in nine colors to match other appliances in Elmira's Northstar line, the hood measures 22" deep by 30" wide and costs $1,000 - $1,100 (September 2004).
