Made with western cedar, these columns are offered in sizes from 6 inches wide and 8 feet tall up to 36 inches wide and 28 feet tall. The decorative capitals (as shown in photo) are made of fiber-reinforced plaster and come with an interior strut, to carry weight from the ceiling to the column.The wooden column's exterior has a protective sealant applied and is ready to receive primer and paint. Its interior has a bituminous paint to protect against bugs and moisture. About 95% of this shop's work is custom, so special orders are welcome.
